Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the perfume bottles in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
